Approval & Payment
By approving your quotation and submitting a deposit, you authorize AIR Blinds to proceed with the production and installation of your custom window coverings.
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
Custom Orders
All AIR Blinds products are custom-made according to your selected materials, colours, measurements, and specifications.
Due to the custom nature of these products:

Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after production begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been submitted for manufacturing.

Slight variations in colour, texture, and material appearance may occur.
Lead Time
Estimated production time is approximately 2 weeks.
Timelines may vary due to manufacturer schedules, material availability, shipping delays, or other circumstances.
Installation & Warranty
AIR Blinds will ensure products are installed according to manufacturer guidelines.
Manufacturer warranties apply where available. Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the concern.
Motorized products include setup and programming during installation.
Smart home compatibility depends on third-party platforms and may change due to software updates outside of AIR Blinds' control.
With customer approval, AIR Blinds may take photos of completed installations for quality documentation and marketing purposes.

Customer Review
Customers are encouraged to review the completed installation before the installer leaves.
Any concerns should be reported as soon as possible so AIR Blinds can address them promptly.
